Delivery Timeframe Instant Delivery: Upon successful completion of your payment through our secure gateway (Razorpay), your digital rendering credits are delivered instantly and automatically. The processing time is typically immediate, meaning your credit balance inside the SketchUp plugin will update within seconds of a successful transaction. 3. How Delivery Works You authenticate your account inside the SketchupGurus AI plugin using your email address. You select a credit package and complete the payment via Razorpay. Our servers instantly verify the payment and attach the purchased credits to your authenticated email address. If your credits still do not appear, this is considered a "failed delivery."
