Terms and Conditions Effective Date: March 22, 2026 Company Name: SketchupGurus Website/Service: SketchupGurus AI Plugin Welcome to SketchupGurus. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SketchupGurus AI desktop plugin for SketchUp and any associated services, websites, or software provided by us (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service. 1. Description of Service SketchupGurus AI is a third-party software extension (plugin) designed to operate within the SketchUp desktop application. It utilizes artificial intelligence to process 3D viewport captures and text prompts to generate 2D architectural renderings. 2. User Accounts and Authentication Registration: To use the rendering features of the Service, you must authenticate using a valid email address. Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account. Account Sharing: Digital rendering credits are tied to the specific email address used during authentication and are strictly non-transferable. 3. Purchases and Digital Credits Pay-As-You-Go System: The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go model. Users purchase packages of "digital credits" via our secure payment gateway (Razorpay). Consumption: One (1) digital credit is consumed for each successful image generation or image modification request processed by our AI engine. No Cash Value: Digital credits have no real-world cash value, do not accrue interest, and cannot be redeemed, cashed out, or refunded for fiat currency. Delivery: Upon successful payment processing, digital credits are instantly deposited into your authenticated account and are immediately available for use. 4. Refund Policy Due to the nature of the Service (non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods and server processing time), all sales are final. We do not issue refunds once a transaction is processed and the digital credits have been added to your account. If a technical error causes you to be charged without receiving your credits, please contact our support team immediately at sg@sketchupgurus.co.in with your payment receipt for a manual credit adjustment. 5. Intellectual Property and Ownership Your Models: You retain all ownership rights to your original 3D SketchUp models and base images. Generated Renders: You retain all ownership and commercial usage rights to the final 2D images generated by the Service using your prompts and models. Our Software: The SketchupGurus AI plugin, its source code, UI design, and underlying architecture are the exclusive property of SketchupGurus. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, distribute, or create derivative works from our software. 6. Acceptable Use and Restrictions You agree not to use the Service to: Generate, upload, or transmit any content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or promotes violence or discrimination. Infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of others. Attempt to bypass, exploit, or hack the credit billing system or API endpoints. Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to send requests to our rendering engine. Violation of these rules will result in the immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any remaining digital credits without refund. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. AI Limitations: Artificial Intelligence is an automated, unpredictable process. We do not guarantee that the generated images will perfectly match your exact expectations, physical physics, or precise architectural dimensions. Uptime: The Service relies on third-party cloud infrastructure and API providers. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, completely secure, or error-free. 8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SketchupGurus, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. 9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
