All payment processing is handled securely by our PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. Your financial data is securely tokenized and managed directly by Razorpay according to their privacy and security policies. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card, debit card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.

Data Security & AI Training
The security of your data is extremely important to us.

All communication between your SketchUp application and our servers is encrypted using standard internet security protocols (HTTPS).
🚫 Private Models — Not Used for AI Training
The 3D models, architectural plans, and images you upload to our server for rendering are considered confidential. We do not use your private viewport captures or design prompts to train public AI databases.

Your Data Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of the personal information we have about you.
If you wish to permanently delete your account and associated email address from our database, please contact us at sg@sketchupgurus.co.in. Note that deleting your account will result in the forfeiture of any remaining digital credits.
