Nature of the Product
SketchUpGurus AI operates on a pay-as-you-go model where users purchase digital rendering credits (e.g., Starter, Pro, or Studio packs). These credits are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods that grant access to our cloud-based AI rendering engine.
⚠️ All Sales Are Final
Because generating AI images incurs immediate and irreversible server and API costs on our end, all sales are generally considered final once the digital credits have been successfully deposited into your account.

No Refunds for Render Quality
Artificial Intelligence is an automated and highly creative process. While we provide strict geometry locks and material overrides to guide the AI, we cannot guarantee that every generated image will perfectly match your subjective expectations or physical real-world physics.
We do not offer refunds for credits consumed on renders that you simply do not like or that contain AI-generated artifacts.

We strongly encourage all users to purchase the smallest package ($5 Starter Pack) to test the plugin's capabilities and ensure it meets their workflow needs before purchasing larger credit packs.

Eligibility for Refunds
We will issue a full refund or a manual credit adjustment only under the following circumstances:
✅ Non-Delivery of Credits
Your credit card, debit card, or bank account was successfully charged, but the digital credits were not added to your SketchUpGurus AI account due to a server error, webhook failure, or network timeout.
✅ Duplicate Charges
You were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction due to a payment gateway error.

How to Request a Refund or Adjustment
If you experience a billing error or non-delivery of credits, please contact our support team immediately.

Do not file a chargeback with your bank before contacting us — we can resolve the issue much faster directly and a chargeback may result in account suspension.
To request a review of your transaction, please email us at sg@sketchupgurus.co.inwithin 7 days of the transaction. Please include:
The email address associated with your SketchUpGurus AI account.
The exact date and time of the transaction.
The Razorpay Payment ID or a screenshot of the receipt.

Refunds apply to credit card, debit card, UPI, and bank account payments processed via Razorpay.

Cancellations
Because we do not offer monthly or annual subscriptions, there are no recurring charges to cancel. You only pay when you manually choose to buy a new credit pack.
Uninstalling the Plugin
If you wish to stop using SketchUpGurus AI, you can simply uninstall the plugin from SketchUp. Your remaining credit balance will be preserved in your account if you choose to return later.
