SketchUpGurus AI is a 100% digital software product. We sell digital rendering API credits (e.g., Starter Pack, Pro Pack, Studio Pack) that allow you to use our cloud-based AI rendering engine.

Upon successful completion of your payment through our secure gateway (Razorpay), your digital rendering credits are delivered instantly and automatically.

The processing time is typically immediate — your credit balance inside the SketchUp plugin will update within seconds of a successful transaction.

  You authenticate your account inside the SketchUpGurus AI plugin using your email address.

  You select a credit package and complete the payment via Razorpay's secure gateway.

  Our servers instantly verify the payment and attach the purchased credits to your authenticated email address.

  Balance Refreshed

  The plugin UI automatically refreshes to display your new available credit balance. You're ready to render!

While our automated delivery system is designed to be instant, occasional internet connectivity issues or banking delays can occur.

If credits still do not appear after a restart, this is considered a "failed delivery." Please contact our support team immediately at sg@sketchupgurus.co.in with your Razorpay payment receipt or transaction ID.
